At Physicians’ Hope and Wellness Center we believe in a team approach to achieving recovery. We actively collaborate with outside agencies and providers to improve the welfare of Tennessee citizens. We strive to promote addiction recovery and recovery awareness both inside and outside of our clinic. Let us help you start your path to recovery.

Physicians’Hope and Wellness Center, LLC is a comprehensive medication assisted treatment center. We build recovery utilizing as many tools as we can, including group therapy, case management, a multi-disciplinary team, Bunavail, Zubsolv, Vivitrol, and suboxone. We promote building a relationship between the patient and the provider, using ancillary services to complete the process.

Our History

In 2009 after encouragement from a colleague, Dr. Michael P. Miller started a medication assisted treatment program within his allergy/internal medicine office. Over time the program was named the START Center. The program focused on Dr. Miller establishing a professional relationship with his patients built on mutual trust, respect and a desire for sobriety. At the same time he offered individual and group counseling within the office. Dr. Miller’s love for his patients and his passion for their recovery resulted in his attaining board certification in addiction medicine. The program grew from 2009 to 2015 with Dr. Miller treating over a thousand patients battling addiction with medication assisted treatment. He had the joy of assisting over 70 women bring healthy drug-free babies into the world. Greater than ninety percent of the newborns were free from neonatal abstinence syndrome. His greatest joy was witnessing the rebirth of families through sobriety, watching their babies grow into well adjusted “everyday” kids.

Knowing change was inevitable; Dr. Miller facilitated the evolution of the Physicians’ Hope and Wellness Center by enlisting the help of trusted colleagues. In preparing for the future of addiction medicine and recovery care the Physicians’ Hope and Wellness Center was transformed into a comprehensive medication assisted treatment center.

Our services for this collaboration are at no cost to the pharmacy, patient or community.
